Appearance: Jade holds herself with authority and of a woman who knows what she wants. Her black hair cascades to her mid back and her hazel eyes peep out of a sharply contoured face.

History: Born upon Naboo Jade had wealthy parents. She was raised by her parents servents until the age of six when her parents were killed. Her uncle took over the family estate making sure that Jade was gone. Wandering the streets at six years old Jade did the only thing she could have to survive. She turned to thieving.
She became an expert thief wandering the wealthy streets of naboo. She felt hate and resentment towards her uncle and her parents killers. Little did she know this would set her down a path she would have a hard time resisting.
These feelings multiplied tenfold when she was taken captive by wookiees. She was trying to pilfier some money from a wookiee and she was caught. To repay her debt she was put into service to repay the money she had taken. Eventually filled with hatred for everybody she managed to talk her way out of servitude. She had learned the wookiee language and government. Using this along with the force she had no idea that was helping her she left the wookiee homeworld.

Now, on to business:
You want to space things out a bit more, which makes it easier to read. Everything pertaining to appearance in one clump, space down a bit and put personality, faction, rank, strengths, and weaknesses. This just clears things up and makes reading easier.
Your appearance needs more description. Basically, take all the information you've given us and put it into one descriptive paragraph.
Your clothing could use more description as well. What does the clothing look like?
Your personality needs to be at least one paragraph. Flesh out the character here. What d they like/dislike? What are there tendencies or pet-peeves? Give us something to work with here. Personality helps people determine your character's reactions.

Wookiee isn't technically a language. You probably mean shyriiwook. That's just me nit-picking though.
Your really vague in the events of her life. Going back and giving more detail in the bio wouldn't hurt.
